Mr. PHILLIP and his crew is the BOMB!!! Okay so I was in desperate need for help because skid plate was dragging on the ground from my previous oil change at (Express oil Change and Tire) they did not put the nails back in correctly and as I was driving one day, it fell down when I hit a bump. Take 5 on Washington Road was the closest Place to me so I went there early in the morning and Mr. Phillips immediately helped me with no charge. He just had to put the nails under my car, but he did it! And his assistant Nicole is wonderful! I thank them so much. I went back and got an oil change, and Mr. Phillip did it!! Excellent work! As a single mother, I need reassurance like this, especially with a mechanic.
They were short handed (only two employees on staff that evening), hot, tired af, there were 3 cars ahead of me and they still gave outstanding service and were very friendly. Made sure everyone had a cold bottle of water and did their best to keep everyone pulled up into the shade.
Great team, informative, respectful, competent, did the job in a timely manner.. oil change, replaced cabin and air filters which i approved after the tech showed me their condition. Full synthetic oil is pricey but thats what car requires according to my service manual.
