Friendly and efficient staff made this Take 5 stop a solid experience. It started with a warm Sunday morning greeting. I was offered (and gladly accepted) a cold water to enjoy while my car was serviced. Here, like other places, you sit in your car while the car is being serviced. Some are put off at any upselling of additional services, but it is a soft sell. I ended up getting an oil change, wiper blades, and my cabin air filter replaced on my daughter’s car. They accepted ny coupon with ease. They also checked tire pressure, changed the oil filter, and topped off wiper fluid. It was an easy process and I felt good that her car was being left with her in proper working order.
My experience during my visit to the Take 5 oil change location at 2015 W Broad Street in Athens, GA was impressive. I took my black 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks edition vehicle to this shop on 7/19/2025. The manager Joshua knows how to run a shop! Good man. Very knowledgeable and will get all my business in the future. It’s a relief to find folks who care about their workmanship and the way they do business. @Take 5, give this man a raise! He’s doing a helluva job and deserves it. Thank you Joshua
Joshua was very helpful in the service for my car! He also noticed a problem it was having and gave me the advice that I needed. I did exactly what he said!! So thank you!!!! I was offered water and when my son came to get in the car with me from his aunt and the staff seen he was in distress they offered him fruit snacks and water as well which calmed him down real fast!!!!
