Went in for an oil change but unfortunately I needed a larger repair that these guys couldn't service. They didn't charge me a dime but gave me a written breakdown of the incident. They were so kind, explained what was going on in detail, offered water numerous times, and set up a fan for us to stay cool while waiting for a tow truck. As we waited in the garage they did a number of oil changes, all with the same kindness, hospitality, and efficacy. I am so grateful for these men. Would rate higher if I could
Absolutely easy, quick and very friendly team of professionals. Javier and Victor who handled my car were absolutely outstanding and did whatever was needed and not kind of selling me unnecessary work on my car. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism and commitment
Today I had my first visit and what a treat this was! I was met outside and I was given a bottle of cold water while I waited. Then the store manager Steven took his time to explain the options I had. Service here was World Class and I am definitely coming back. Thank you Steven and Take 5 Oil Change!
