Got an oil change in my Audi A8L on August 13th. One of the young men doing the oil change didn’t put enough oil in my car, had to come back the next day on August 14th and get it straightened out by another employee. Paid $180 for my oil change, for that price I shouldn’t have to drive back the next day on inconvenience, I feel they should’ve gotten it right the first time. That’s the reason for the four stars. Overall, it’s an ok place to grab a quick oil change, the place is clean, the workers are decent, I didn’t see any trash on the ground around the place of business, the workers were not tattooed up and wearing crazy hair styles or vaping or smoking, wasn’t playing any music or using vulgar language and the area seemed safe. It’s directly across from a QT gas station so it’s super busy traffic as far as location wise.
Travis!! Travis!! Travis!! At the Johns Creek Take 5 station saved me from the most annoying day! I had gone to another Take 5 for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. Leaves were left in the filter and it made the most annoying sound when you turned on the AC. I brought it Take 5 in Johns Creek since I was in that area for work. Travis wouldn’t let me leave until he found the culprit. I appreciate his patience, kindness and relentless thoughtfulness in making sure this did not derail my day. It may be a small thing for some people but it was such a big deal for me! He made my day! I am a forever customer because of TRAVIS! P.S. AND HE GAVE ME WATER WHILE I WAITED!!! NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
Had to leave the state and was at least 750 miles past due for an oil change. The team got me in, got the oil changed, and told me the air filter and cabin filter I had paid to have replaced at a dealership 3 months prior… we’re old (likely the originals on the two year old vehicle). Documented it and sent me on my way with a cold bottle of purified water. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I will be using them going forward. Great team in Alpharetta on State Bridge & Jones Bridge Road.
