By far the best and most thorough oil change I’ve ever had! The staff was beyond kind- answering all of my questions and breaking down each step for me. Yazzie was so patient and wonderful at explaining each step as we went with a smile on her face! Jonathan, Reilly and Bryson did a fantastic job at quickly but thoroughly changing my oil and even took time to walk me through how to check my oil levels and make sure I don’t get low on oil again! Truly an amazing team this location has! The whole family will be coming here for all of our oil changes!
What a great experience it was to visit this newly opened establishment! I’d never had the experience of actually seeing how all the services were performed. I got to see the cabin filter as they pulled it out! There were particles of nature from several years - bird feathers, pine straw, leaves, and other unrecognizable things all trapped Inside. I also saw my dirty coolant and clean coolant in canisters as they did their magic! They were a very dedicated team with one thing in mind - satisfying their customer! So many extras came with the oil change service. I will definitely be back!
Reilly at Take 5 was absolutely amazing! He helped me with my oil change and made the entire experience so easy. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t actually need. He checked everything thoroughly, explained what he was looking at, and went over all the prices with me beforehand so there were no surprises. It’s so refreshing to get honest, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Reilly made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Definitely a 12/10 experience — I’ll absolutely be coming back! Highly recommend asking for Reilly!
