I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was incredibly fast and efficient while still being friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. They even offered cold bottled water to both me and my passenger, which was a thoughtful touch because it was hot and humid outside! What really stood out was their knowledge and professionalism. They knew exactly what type of oil my car needed and took the time to educate me on my options, including the different price levels. I never felt pressured—just informed. On top of the oil change, they went above and beyond by checking my windshield wipers, topping off all my fluids, running a safety check after the service, and putting air in my tires. The whole experience was smooth, convenient, and genuinely impressive. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable, and friendly service. Thank you again to all of the AMAZING employees at Take 5!
Update: 7/8/26- I stopped by to have my fluids topped off before moving out of state and had excellent customer service again. I encountered an associate by the name of Gary. He was courteous, helpful and very professional. This location has the best staff. They are consistent and knowledgeable. I came here for the 1st time to get an oil change and I will definitely be back. I originally went to the Hiram location but they didn’t have the oil I needed. I called and spoke with William. He advised me he had just enough and would put it aside for me. Upon arrival, I spoke with John and another gentleman. They were professional, fast and friendly.
Honest stand-up guys work at the location I visited on 41 and Mars Hill, Went in with a car I had recently purchased from a local dealership that had major damage to the oil plug. Guys could not complete the service but took photos for me, wrote out a receipt that showed the damage to my vehicle. I will definitely be going back to this location and using the service techs.
