Danny greeted us in the driveway with 4 bottled waters for me and my passengers and treats for our little doggies! I was already impressed and I hadn't even driven into the bay to get my oil changed yet! He informed me that there were 4 cars ahead of me, but since we were headed out for a long road trip, I definitely needed to wait. Surprisingly, the wait was minimal. I don't think it took longer than 15 minutes before it was my turn! James did the majority of the communication with me. He was helpful, kind, clear with his speech and explanations. He didn't try to upsell me too much and was overall super respectful! He even cleaned my side mirrors, as I'm disabled and they were really very dirty (kid fingerprints all over them, lol!) I had a fantastic coupon for the oil change and was happy to save so much. Regardless if I get a coupon or not, I WILL be coming back to this Winter Haven location for all my oil change needs... Thanks Danny and James! Bravo!
Joel Head great rapport a great customer service was very professional gave me options and then gave suggestions as to what would help my oil change last longer and my vehicle perform better and his coworker was great too. Can’t remember his name but he was great too. They all participated. I think this is gonna be my spot the Winter Haven Fl Take 5 on first Avenue.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The whole process was fast and smooth, which I really appreciated. On top of the oil change, they also replaced some very dirty filters that definitely needed attention. Remi stood out with excellent customer service—friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time. The rest of the team was just as courteous and efficient! If you’re looking for quick and reliable service. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change!
