Oil Change in West Palm Beach, FL at 1935 N Jog Road.

I visited this Take 5 on Jog Road yesterday and although I’ve almost been pretty much satisfied with the level of service I receive at these places ( I’ve used them from Orlando thru WPB), this particular location exceeded my expectations, not only did I receive a top tier service level, but the workers here, ALL OF THEM, were so professional, friendly, and thoughtful. They DID NOT PUSH anything I didn’t need and were quite knowledgeable and informative about my car. I’m relieved and grateful that I have such a great place to visit now for my car maintenance needs. THANK YOU ALL!!

All I thought I needed was air in a front driver and back passenger tires that were a little low. However, I really did need an oil change. Nathaniel, Brandon, and Eric were friendly and fast. They did an excellent job. In fact, they offered me a cold bottle of water since it was hot outside. They showed me and I agreed to have my cabin air filter replaced. Detailed explanation was given as to why one oil was better for my type of car. That was very helpful. When a customer is armed with education they can make a better decision. Sometimes a new kid on the block will try harder to win and keep your business. I encourage you to give them your business.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The quality of service I received at this Take 5 location should be taught at every location. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and offered a bottled water. The service was quick, easy, and professional. Ausberto took great care of me and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. He was kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location — and just like the name says, it really felt like it only took five minutes!
