My wife's 2021 Nissan Rogue was in need of an oil change and she had a discount coupon for Take 5 OC. I went with her this morning and was very pleasantly surprised at the service that we received. The actual oil change was five minutes, but I wasn't aware of the other inspection services they do. They checked tire pressure, antifreeze content, air and cabin filters, wipers and probably a few other items that I was not aware of. One of the service techs visually showed us that the antifreeze was needing replacement (which is more than any dealer tech would do). Our filters were still good, tire pressure was adjusted. They even showed us how to turn off the "oil change" light. They have 4 service techs and worked together as a team as each one touched our car in some way during our service. We will definitely be coming back to this location for our next oil change. I don't remember the manager's or team members names, but we highly recommend this Take 5 Oil Change location!
If I could give 6 stars, I would!! Jarvis and Cordel provided excellent customer service from beginning to end, offering water , explaining all possible service options , and even helped me save with a coupon from their website! Just for this service I will keep coming back again and again and refer all my other real estate friends who need their oil changed VERY often , as well !! Great job, gentlemen!!
