They guys was great they all have good customer service very well spoken knowledgeable and helpful but someone put to much air in my tires they was at 70. And 80. To high I could of been in a wreck after leaving the shop but I thank God I wasn’t the price after looking at the sign was not right I never paid 378.42 for and oil change never I don’t know why it was that high for an oil change for a 2015 Nissan high mileage car but I guess when a women get help on a car the guys will Jack the prices up it’s crazy but overall the workers was a joy will I go back no cause like I said I never paid over 100. dollars for an oil change never I was got but God sees all wrong doing..

F at the staff at take 5 oil change is very proficient at their job. I received a 25% military discount which I was very happy about and a full synthetic oil change as well as them filling all of my tires up to 38 lb of pressure. They offered to change my filter air filter but it didn't look that dirty to me. The entire project still cost $99 with tax because my Cadillac CTS 3.6 l engine requires six quarts of new oil. Everything is expensive these days so you might as well go with a company that does great work that way you can feel satisfied that you didn't waste your money.

The wait to get in was longer than I expected but to be fair all three bays were in use and I was one of three waiting. Once inside the bay, the staff was attentive to the task at hand. I opted to have the air filter replaced. While it wasn’t the worst I have ever seen, an engine that can get air in runs much better especially if you have a turbo, which I do. My only reason for four stars and not five was because they didn’t drain the oil from underneath but instead used a vacuum system to remove it through the dipstick tube.
