I seriously cannot say enough good things about James and Javier at Take 5. This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any automotive service business. I actually came in early, and they immediately noticed it and called it out—which might seem like a small thing, but it showed me right away that they were paying attention and genuinely cared about the people coming through. From the second I arrived, James and Javier were incredibly welcoming, professional, and just genuinely good guys. What stood out most was how friendly and honest they were. There was absolutely no pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and no making me feel like I had to question whether I was getting the full story. They took the time to explain everything, were completely straightforward with me, and treated me like an actual person instead of just the next car in line. I’ve dealt with plenty of dealerships, repair shops, tire shops, oil change places, and other automotive businesses over the years, and I can genuinely say that James and Javier are some of the friendliest, most honest people I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry. You can tell when employees are just doing their job versus when they actually take pride in taking care of customers, and these guys absolutely do. The entire interaction felt relaxed, professional, and trustworthy from beginning to end. Take 5 needs to recognize these two. Employees like James and Javier are exactly what make people come back to a business and recommend it to everyone they know. I will absolutely be returning to this location because of the experience they gave me. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated fairly, honestly, and like they actually appreciate your business, this is the place to go. James and Javier — thank you both. You guys absolutely killed it. Easily a 10/10 experience and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere, automotive or otherwise.

Darreon was so helpful from start to finish. He told me about different deals to help me save money, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. Since you stay in your car at Take 5, it was really hot outside, and they even brought over a fan to keep me cool while they worked. The entire crew was so sweet, welcoming, and friendly. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I had a great experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The team consistently provides fast, thorough, and detail-oriented service, and they always take the time to make sure everything is done right.
