I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Tony, the manager, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the team made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I truly appreciate how efficient and knowledgeable Tony was throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this location if you want fast service and a great experience!
Wonderful experience, thank you Chris and assistant. You guys were delightful, polite, and were not pushy to try to up sell like other places. Chris made me feel she truelly cared while addressing me needs. I'll be back. This was customer service at its best. Thank you both.
It was my second time at this location since paying off my vehicle. First time, great! This time, Drew was awesome! Answered all my questions! Was a pleasure to have him help with my car. Also, I think his name was Hunter (pink hair) he was great! And there was another employee, sweet girl, didn’t catch her name though! But you guys were awesome today and I appreciate you!
