I had a very good experience at the Take 5 on Lafayette and Magnolia in Tallahassee. My car had alerted me that I needed maintenance. I assumed it was referring to a needed oil change. An honest mechanic named Alex checked my record in the computer and saw that I had 2000 more miles before I needed an oil change. He checked my oil and other important things, including the air in my tires. I very much appreciate his honesty and plan to return to that Take 5 when I do need an oil change.
Alex and Brandon are absolutely awesome! I always look forward to getting my oil changed because they are consistently fast, efficient, professional, and provide exceptional customer service. I’ve been a Take 5 customer for about five years, and this location is by far the best. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes great care of my vehicle. I truly appreciate the excellent service every time I visit. Thank you, Alex and Brandon, for always going above and beyond!
I had the pleasure of being serviced by Khalil and John on a Sunday morning at the Take 5 in Tallahassee, Florida on 1255 Lafayette St. When I arrived they rushed to greet me with a cold bottle of water in hand. After advising them of what I was there for they went over all the prices with me and explained what made each price different. After choosing my services they began working. I was extremely impressed by the way they communicated with each other every move they made and what they were doing. During this process I had a question about some I heard them say that I didn’t understand. Khalil was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I understood. I was in and out and treated with the upmost respect and don’t let me leave out that the timing of the service was not a long wait at all. I look forward to my next service and they have definitely gained a loyal returning customer. Thanks guys!!!
