The experience was fantastic and even though there are closer places to change the oil, it’s with the drive to encounter this experience. Everyone was extremely professional and communicated extremely well to ensure accuracy. Alex, the store manager, was exceptional, and established a great rapport with this writer and I observed that he did the same for the other customers. A bottle of cold water was offered to all of us which enhanced the experience. This review is about your organization and not me, but I do have a Masters Degree in Public Administration and I’ve written quite a few evaluations, so I do know the value of reviews. Alex was outstanding and represents the company well. This review should be brought to his attention and be made a part of his employee file. My telephone number is registered with you and you can contact me with regards to any concerns you may have.
I’ll say this, I’ve used Take 5 Oil Change a couple of times with complete confidence. It’s by know means a 5 minute oil change but it’s supper efficient and the service is top notch, cordial and courteous. You even get to stay in your vehicle. It’s fast and efficient! The price is right! If you go online they have a promotion for up to 50% off through June 30. You can’t beat that in these times of high gas prices. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed unless you have money to burn and don’t want to save time and money!
