The two guys working inside the service base were absolutely outstanding gentlemen! Everything was advertised just as it was performed a few suggestions, but no pressure Or upselling I WAS NEVER BIG ON THESE KIND OF PLACES, BUT I HAVE ABSOLUTELY HAD IT WITH DEALERS AND REPAIR SHOPS..! More money doesn’t being better Service as a matter fact In this case, you pay more for less if you go elsewhere. You guys got my business.
I got an oil change a few days ago. While there, Mike noticed that my engine coolant was unusually low. He diagnosed that I was losing coolant through a defective reservoir cap. I picked up a new cap next door at the auto parts store and Mike flushed and refilled my coolant system, and I was good to go. Great service that is increasingly rare these days. Thanks Mike!
staff was very friendly and welcoming! they let me know where i was in line when i arrived and offered me water, which i really appreciated. my only complaint was the wait time. there were two cars ahead of me, and i ended up being there for almost an hour for an oil change. i also noticed someone who arrived about 20 min after me and started their service after mine was finished and gone about 20 minutes before i was. totally possible my car required more time, but it did make the overall wait a little more frustrating. i understand things can take longer depending on the vehicle and how busy they are, but with the “Take 5” name and 10-minute oil change marketing, i definitely wasn’t expecting to be there close to an hour. once you’re pulled into the line with cars behind you, you’re also pretty committed to waiting it out. overall, the staff was genuinely kind and i wouldn’t rule out coming back — i’d just plan for it to potentially take quite a bit longer than advertised.
