Jayden was as sweet as he could be. He showed me a new filter and what mine looks like and let me know that my vehicle would need more oil than the price I saw before he charged me for it. I got the extra oil that was needed. I had asked him to glance at my other fluids while he had the hood opened since I was getting ready to take a 15 hour trip. He was wonderful.
I was very satisfied and happy with my service at take five yesterday when I went for my oil change. The staff there was very knowledgeable very friendly and took the time to explain everything. I will definitely be back when it's time for my next Oil Change to this location.
Chris really came through on my first visit. He took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand—which was a lot, because I ask about 47 follow-up questions and have to pray about each one. He also told me about the 3-month top-off, which I very much appreciated (shoutout to Chris for looking out for my future self). Everyone on the staff was super nice, and the whole visit was surprisingly quick for a first time. I was fully prepared to be there long enough to start paying rent, but nope—smooth, efficient, and actually a good experience. Overall, great service, great staff, and Chris deserves a gold star or some Oreos
