What a team!! Gator, Kaiden & Danny did an awesome job! They were very courteous, efficient, and super fast. They worked as a team, made great recommendations and it was very impressive to watch them in action! The price is a little higher than average but the convenience and time saved is definitely worth it. Great job Guys and thanks so much! (For anyone going, be sure to bring cash for tips if you choose to give one, because the credit card machine does not allow for it.)
I have been going to jiffy lube for years for my oil changes and never once was I informed about my cabin filter until yesterday when I decided to stop at the take 5 as it was closer to my new home. When I tell you the customer service was top notch I mean it. I was greeted with a smile and an cold water bottle as I pulled in, I never even had to get out of my car, they answered any questions I had and gave me honest answers not trying to sell me things I didnt need, which I appreciated. 3 boys all assisted me in servicing my vehicle all of which were wonderful unfortunately I can only remember the one gentleman's name Gator because its a hard name to forget and he was the one that found my cabin filter and replaced it and bringing to my attention I was missing my cabin filter door and filter had never been changed 🤢😵😬 thanks to these amazing boys and their expertise myself and my 4 children are breathing much healthier air now, you officially have a new regular customer, thanks again. See you next oil change. 😊
My boyfriend David Michael brought his 2011 custom mustang convertible to the shop this morning September 5. The store manager “Gator” was so incredibly kind and professional it blew his mind They treated the car which is very special show quality one off a car with the utmost care that the store magager did the service himself because David is extremely particular What a great guy and great team he leads
