From the moment he told me ‘Good Morning’ to the moment he said ‘Have a good day’ Edwin had a smile on his face and was very friendly. He listened to all my concerns and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. Dorian was quick and efficient as well. He explained everything very well making sure to show me what he was talking about. Dorian and Edwin are a power house and had me in and out with no problems. Both were really respectful. I will definitely be coming back to this location for Dorian and Edwin. Thank you both very much and Happy 4th!

This was my second time at poinciana location recieving service. The customer service was on point. I called ahead since I was nearby and had a car question which Ronny helped answer and he told me to come on over. I was greeted with a smile and a cold bottle of water which was appreciated. Went over the services I was interested in getting said they can do it and they were on it. Ronny and Jamal did their thing u can see the teamwork and efficiency. They explained every step and found additional things that needed replacement. Good thing cause my air filter was falling apart. Got to say it was a great experience quick and professional. Good team u have there keep up the good work!
