Oil Change in Poinciana, FL at 1035 Cypress Parkway.

This was my first time using Take 5 for an oil change, and I was very impressed with the experience. The service was incredibly efficient—I felt like I was in a pit stop at a race car event! The technician explained everything to me beforehand, including the cost, so there were no surprises. Once the service was completed, the manager came over personally to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions I might have. The entire process was quick, professional, and pleasant. The staff were excellent, and I’ll definitely be back! I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next oil change!

I went to Take 5 in Poinciana for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. The Orlando Infiniti told me that I needed these routine services. Come to find out, I only needed the oil change. Infiniti was going to charge $185 for the oil change with filter and labor. Take 5 charged $36. They washed my windshield, and added air to my tires. BTW, my extended warranty company, Endurance, recommended them. The mechanics were very professional and showed genuine care for me and they took pride in their work. I will only go to the for the services they provide from now on. Thank you Take 5

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Michael, Guillermo, and Dorian. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Michael was exceptional. He speaks and carries himself with a level of professionalism that immediately builds trust. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, was honest, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. I even overheard someone tell him that he gives customers too much information, but I couldn’t disagree more. His communication is exactly what made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. As I was leaving, he noticed how hot I was and offered me a bottle of water without me even asking. It’s small acts of kindness like that that make customers feel genuinely cared for. I also noticed Guillermo taking the time to patiently show Michael the ropes and guide him. It was refreshing to see someone willing to mentor a teammate instead of rushing through the job. That kind of leadership and teamwork says a lot about the culture at this location. Dorian was just as friendly, professional, and helpful. The three of them worked together seamlessly, making the entire visit smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but this team truly delivers. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Take 5 location.
