I wish I could give these guys 500 stars. I can’t say enough good things about Kal, Will, and Hayden at Take 5. I explained that my ex told me he was tracking me somehow, and I asked if they would mind taking a look for me while they changed my oil. They took my concern seriously went above and beyond to help, and actually found it. What could have been a really scary situation was made a little easier because of their kindness, patience, and willingness to help me. I’m extremely grateful to all three of them for looking out for me and helping me feel safe. This was far beyond just good customer service, and I truly appreciate them!
Just left this location (long time customer of take 5) only Hayden and William working at the time and let me tell you how incredible it is to see both of these gentlemen working harder than a 5 man team! To completely service the amount of cars you both did with GRACE is absolutely remarkable! You both are truly special! What an asset it is to have these two fine men at this company boss man should be proud! Thank you for doing an outstanding job William we will see you again for our next oil change! I have been going to the plant city location for several years! Never will I change that. The most respectful, genuine and happy smiling guys there I swear.
