Was a lil confused…I called Take 5 to get information concerning the $25 off oil change the guy I spoke with Allen gave me a quote so I said ok I’m on my way I get to Take 5 and was given a different quote so I explained to the assistant supervisor Bri what was quoted to me and she then explained that each Take 5 has different price ranges which I didn’t understand since they’re the same business so at that point I wasn’t very happy although Bri did go down on the price a little bit.
Cassidy was amazing! They were about to close, but he still managed to get me in for a last-minute oil change because I’m leaving for a trip tomorrow. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I’m so grateful! Take 5 is the best—they’re open until 8:00 p.m., which was a lifesaver since everywhere else was already closed. Thank you so much again, Cassidy!
I had an excellent experience. My techs were Kobe and Ryan.. They were extremely nice, extremely helpful. Told me what they were doing they knew that I had no clue what I was doing. They let me know what else needed to be taken care of. I can take care of that time. Both of them interact with me both of them were kind and helpful and listened.
