Ryan was SOOOO nice. professional, and overall just made this the easiest and best oil changing experience i’ve ever had. he didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. He even told me how I can save money in the future. Very informative & just such a great guy. I will absolutely be ditching grease pro & only be coming here, and hopefully seeing ryan next time!!
As a rule, oil changes are uneventful....not here! I never thought I'd say this, but I had fun getting my oil changed 😁 Brian and his team were so friendly and professional. When he replaced my cabin filter, Brian suggested I come back with peppermint oil and he'd sprinkle it on to deter critters....which of course, I forgot to do. Was it a little more price wise than I expected? Yes, but turns out the place down the street where I had been getting my oil, wasn't doing what should've been done. (What do you expect from chimps? 😉) I would definitely recommend Take 5.
Brian and Dylan were very nice when I pulled in and gave me a bottle of cold water. They explained very clearly what the procedures were and what the charges were. They were even nice enough to give me a little discount for my birthday! Thanks for great customer service! I will be back.
