This was my 1st visit for an oil change since purchasing my new Kia.. But ever since they opened and giving them a try, I'll never bring my car anywhere else -- when it's time for an oil change.. GreasePro was my "go-to" before Take 5 opened. - And, although efficient enough, I always felt like I could never just get a simple oil change without this or that needing to be changed, filled, flushed, or replaced. And "No" wasn't an acceptable response. Sure - Take5 - will let me know when something is needed or due but I don't feel uncomfortable or pressured like I did at GreasePro. The guys at the 23rd street location are specifically awesome -.Brian is great! And every time I leave there, I feel good about the whole interaction!
Great experience. The service is second to none. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service skills. He will not oversell you and only seeks to serve your best interests. I did not catch the name of the young man working with him, but he was newer and he was being trained this last time I went. But, since Andrew was the one training him, I am sure he will be just as phenomenal. Cannot recommend enough.
They were amazing got my car checked out and handled immediately they were super sweet to my pitbull nahlah and she loved them rite back awesome set of guys hard and diligent and kind my kind of service this was my first time at take five they knew all info about my car cause previous owner used them too they have earned a lifelong and loyal customer! Kuddos to you take 5!
