Oil Change in Palm Coast, FL at 1060 Palm Coast Pkwy. NW.

There aren’t many places in Palm Coast to get an oil change.. and there’s only ONE - where you can stay in the car. I’d like to preface with a gentle reminder: there’s nothing those guys can do about 6 cars pulling in all at once. Adam, Stephen, and of course Eric, (who’s been there for years) were all super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I rolled in with my 3 year old son and we were about 8 cars deep. I’ve been fortunate enough before to time it right - pull right into a spot behind one car, and be in and out within 30 mins tops. This wasn’t one of those times, lol so we threw on a story and grabbed the busy board. I cleaned up the front of the car, and before we knew it - we were next! It’s been a while since I’ve been back to this location, so while we were waiting I mentioned to my son that they usually give gummy’s or juice boxes and we might be so lucky if they do. Well, turns out - no more gummies :( before my son could crash out - Adam came through with the best surprise of the whole day. (After confirming it was cool with mom - bonus points there too) My son was handed a ROCKET POP 🚀 On top of the super kind gesture, Stephen made sure to tell me to come back to check my coolant, and Eric came in to make sure everything was handled properly. 10000/10 for the service & staff yesterday! Thank you so much for making what could have been a not so fun experience, one my son and I will remember ✨

Pulled up around 4pm thinking it was going to be a long line but no- got right on within 15 minutes. Adam was my service tech; he was prompt, kind, professional and thorough- going through each step of the service so I understood. Told me fluids that needed topping off and recommended services on future visits. I never once felt pressured and truly felt they were taking care of my car as if were their own. Also, the manager her is second to none! You can always see him in the thick of it all, getting his hands dirty and helping out along side his team. I mentioned how good the window cleaner smelled when they finish with the nice touch of cleaning your windshield for you and he said he puts a capful of Fabulosa in the water because sometimes the sponges on the squeegee start smelling when they sit in water, even when it is fresh water the next day. I thought that is so smart and really going the extra mile. I no longer drive 45 minutes to my dealership for my oil changes when I can get top notch service 15 minutes from my house.😊

I always have a great experience at Take 5! The man who is there most of the time is fantastic. He works alongside the younger guys, who I believe are students, and I really appreciate how he takes the time to teach them and make sure everything is done thoroughly and by the book. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and developing his team. Sometimes there is a wait, but honestly, it’s worth it! I’d much rather wait a little longer knowing my vehicle is being properly taken care of. Great team and great leadership!
