The Assistant Manager was just awesome, he was training a very nice new employee.They changed my oil, filter, Coolant change, wipers..They were all just a pleasure I had some nice coupons and he added 10% OFF THE COOLANT CHANGE which was unexpected a nice discount. I left a very happy customer and will be back Thank you to all the crew who worked Fathers day , I appreciated the awesome service and work you all completed rather quickly Jena Bradley I would give more stars if I could
Kris and David got my truck in and out in twenty minutes flat all while being super nice, respectful and efficient. They seemed like the only guys at the shop at that time and still managed to focus and handle my vehicle with efficiency while not showing at all that they were stressed or rushing just to get it done. Everything explained well and no high pressure to do add ons if I declined extra services, which can be a huge stressor for me when I go without my husband to vehicle shops. Services offered, for sure, but weren't adamant, pushy or demeaning like I have had other shops be towards me just to make a sale and I appreciated this SO much as a woman. Also, the clarity and pause when asking if he could have my full consent to reach into the vehicles window to change the settings on my trucks dash menu for the oil life was so reassuring. Ladies: if you have hesitation about going to shops independetly, this is your place. Just nice guys that show full respect.
Excellent Service!! I cannot say enough about Willie & Gavin. So professional & welcoming. From now on ALL our vehicles are coming here. Never to Palm Coast location again!! They are Horrible 😡I took another car here the next day. I received the same incredible service, today from Cam. They complete everything they claim to do on their commercial. I don't know why Anyone would go to Palm Coast location for sub par service.
