Had a great experience at the new Take 5 Oil Change in Lake Nona on Narcoossee Road! Huge shoutout to Abner, Alberto, Manuel, and Jason—they were all so welcoming and friendly from the moment we pulled in. They even offered us cold bottles of water while we waited, which was such a nice touch on a hot Florida day! The team kept us informed throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, checked all of our fluid levels, and even put air in our tires. The whole oil change was incredibly fast, but we never felt rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service. It’s not often you leave an oil change impressed, but this team made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
