Brandon, dude took care of me was very honest I had came in to get my oil changed because my sticker said 14,058 and my mileage was 14,077 and he showed me the color of my oil and told me I could save money because it was not low and the color was still great I drive a lot of miles on commute to work everyday an when I told him I got my oil changed like a month ago he told me I still got 1500 miles or more to go so he helped me save money today, good honest dude. Saved $100
I was out of town visiting the Orlando area on vacation with family members. On the morning of departure I and daughter’s family decided to get oil changes before our drives home. The manager and staff changed my oil and checked out the rest of the under hood systems and found that my air filter was filthy and the cooling system fluid was extremely low. They corrected/replaced everything necessary and sent me on my way with full confidence that my 7 hour drive would be uneventful. My hometown family-owned oil change shop never checked my coolant or air filter and I was unaware of their condition myself. I have a Take 5 store in my hometown and I’m switching to their shop from now on.
I had an amazing experience with the team — Reyna, Luz, and Brandon. Reyna took the time to thoroughly explain everything going on with my vehicle, as well as what it may need in the future. She answered all of my questions clearly and efficiently, leaving no room for confusion, which I truly appreciated. Luz worked on my vehicle, and I felt very confident in her skills and ability to service my car efficiently and professionally. Brandon’s customer service, along with the rest of the team, made me feel comfortable, safe, and confident that my vehicle was in trustworthy hands. I’m extremely happy I came here — this was truly an excellent experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
