Oil Change in Orlando, FL at 3608 East Colonial Dr.

My husband and I went to the location in Lee. There were not friend I usually go there to get an oil change so this time I asked one of the worker how much the oil change will cost and I had a usually go there to get an oil change so this time I ask one of the work worker how much the oil change will cost and I had a $25 coupon that they applied and it came out more than I usually paid so I asked worker why was it expensive this time then he told me that the price changed I asked them if they can match the price that I usually paid And another employee Came out and said if I wanted to go somewhere else, I’m welcome too. No big deal if they couldn’t, but it just threw us off when he said that so we will never go back out there again. We will go to our new spot now, which is on colonial. They had Exceptional customer care!! The hospitality was great. All the employees were friendly and did a great job. Supervisor was fantastic was very friendly. My husband and I really appreciate there services that they provided. Customer service everything would recommend this place anytime

The workers here provided exceptional service that was both fast and efficient. I had originally planned to leave my car there and walk to work supposing that it’d take a few hours at least like most auto shops. Much to my delight, the workers informed me they could get the job done in about 10-15 mins. They exceeded expectations and were also kind enough to only charge me for 1 quart of full synthetic oil since I had 3 to spare from my last fill up and my car takes about a gallon.

Had an awesome experience at this location. They made me feel like family. Took great care of everything. I let them know what my plans were and made great suggestions and made sure I had a good understanding of the options. Everyone in this location worked in sync it was awesome to see such teamwork. I definitely recommend this location for sure where they make you feel safe. This location manager is a prideful person and goes to making sure his people are knowledgeable in the job and his team definitely makes him SHINE!! In my next visit to them I hope to Krystal she was awesome and made the experience great as well but really truthfully this is the place to go!!! Oh also their's a Take 5 location 1 mile away from my house but I will actually drive 10 miles away to this location because they actually care about their jobs and clients. Stay AWESOME!! One year later I visited again but this time I had 2 cars worked on ..and with luck. I had the same manager that his name is Derek, and call them and ask him. If he was able to handle my situation. And of course, like always not a problem for them to be able to help me. This time I had Nico, Chris and angel that were able to worked on both cars getting oil changes in both cars and whatever workup I needed.Especially my second car that I hadn't driven in 2 years, and they did a fantastic job on getting it up to date . So I again recommend this place where they make you feel comfortable and confident that you can rely on professionalism
