We had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire team was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They made the whole process easy and efficient, and I was really impressed with the level of service. Everyone was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. It’s refreshing to have such a smooth experience with car maintenance. Amazing customer service from start to finish — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!
I am so very impressed with Take 5 oil change! They were so professional and detail oriented!!! I've been having terrible luck with other local businesses doing an oil change correctly on my vehicle; it's been an on going battle to find a place that doesn't over tighten the fuel filter or even keeps correct running logs of when my vehicle last got an oil change. They had knowledge of everything that needed to be done for maintenance and reminded me that if I needed my fluids, tires, and such checked that I could always swing in. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done right. I'll never be impatient going there because I know my vehicle is in good hands. Thank you so much Take 5 for keeping my car maintained correctly!!! I hope they open a shop in Dunnellon one day. Until then I will gladly make the drive to Ocala because that feeling that my car is being well cared for is a relief.
Justin and James were so amazing !! They worked well as a team. Able to upgrade my wipers and get me great deals. It was hot Justin brought me a cold water and absolutely and utterly polite. Very knowledgeable of their job and was able to get me going and out in a very timely matter. I had Prior to coming to the Take 5 on 200 college Rd in Ocala had gone to another one near Pine street Winn Dixie plaza but they were out of the oil I needed . I am Sure glad I came To see Justin and James great bunch of guys.
