I took my car to Take 5 for the first time today instead of going to BMW because I needed a quick oil change after a long drive, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I was checked in almost immediately, and the entire visit took less than 15 minutes. I had my oil changed and my windshield wipers replaced, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The staff kept me informed throughout the process, making the experience completely stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was that they updated my Carfax maintenance history for me, which is a huge plus. Fast, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish. This will definitely be my go-to spot for quick maintenance. 10/10, highly recommend! They also offer military discount even tho their prices are already extremely reasonable!
Young man, name Dylan Cope on Saturday 12/14/24, His whole service for us was outstanding. Who is the only one that ever said anything about our a c filter, He was nice and kind, took out, and replaced the ac filter. I tried our AC. And oh my gosh, what a different I'm very plight, nice, And also very helpful. All the other employees need to learn from him. It made us want to come back for more service. Thank you so very much, Dylan Cope!!!!!

I met Alex the manager and learned that we are both from Ohio, went to the same school and know a lot of the same people! His kindness, professionalism, and ability to serve really turned my day around and him & his crew are top notch in this industry! I’d recommend Alex’s Take 5 to anyone I know!
