I have had a few bad experiences at other Take 5 locations, however this location is amazing! They greet you with a bottle of cold water before pulling into the bay. The tech that handled my transaction was not pushy at all. He explained the things I needed and excepted my responses. The manager of this location was on point with his knowledge, and answered every question that I had very thoroughly! During my vehicle check, they announced everything clearly so that I knew what they were checking. I will recommend this location over and over again.
Staff were nice and polite. I appreciate the thanks they provided me for being a vet! The second time I visited, I waited over an hour while the entire team worked on one dodge truck. A lot of talking with me and two other customers waiting. Again, we waited for over an hour. This was my third and last visit to see if the staff was as bad as the previous staff. Thankfully, they were not! This staff was quick to get to me and didnt make me wait for over an hour. I will give this place another try in hopes it was a one time ordeal. This most recent visit however was a pleasant redemption for me with take 5!
We had a really great experience with the car service today. We came in for an oil change, and not only was the service quick and efficient, but he also went out of his way to give us some helpful deals, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was how thorough and informative he was. He took the time to explain other things going on with our car and answered every question we had without rushing us. It made us feel a lot more confident about the condition of our vehicle. I also noticed him taking the time to teach and guide the younger guys working there, which says a lot about his character and leadership. It’s clear he cares about both his customers and his team. Overall, excellent service, honest communication, and a great environment. We’ll definitely be coming back.
