I’ve been to this location many times and have been pleased with the service I’ve received. This time I went in to have my car’s fluids topped off and the tire pressure checked. The last two times I was there, my air filter didn’t need to be changed, although they told me the next oil change I would probably have to have the air filter changed. They pulled it, and I looked at it and decided to change it and they checked the cabin air filter, which was horrible and I had them replace it too. I didn’t consider this in my rating for this visit, but on my last visit, they didn’t reset the oil change percentage that shows up on my dashboard and it’s been causing me some problems since then. Not major problems, just minor. The manager explained that they would definitely reset it the next time that I had my oil changed, but if they did it now, then the percentage would still be off. I was pleased to have received that knowledge.
This is a well oiled shop.. pun intended. From the moment I arrived it was obvious the entire squad shared a great appreciation for teamwork, quality service, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. They gave me a great deal for my service as a first time visitor and the shop manager made it his mission to inquire about my experience and feedback. I truly felt valued for my business and this team has earned my future business 1000% Great work fellas!!!
The new manager at this location is great, he trains his team to be very thorough and that's appreciated, I was informed more on this visit about my vehicle than I have ever been anywhere else. I got a great deal on an oil change both of my filters and a coolant service. They were not pushy at all just let me know what was needed and worked with me. Thank you great job George and team you guys have my business and I will be letting everyone I know the great work yall do. See you soon.
