As a mom getting out of work and heading to Take 5 with my son and my mom, I was honestly expecting to be in and out without much thought. But thanks to Jason and Chyna, the experience was so much better than I expected! Their calm demeanor, kindness, and even offering us water made such a difference. I usually hate getting my oil changed because I always feel like I’m being pressured or upcharged for things I don’t need. Jason and Chyna were completely different. They took the time to explain what my car actually needed and what it didn’t, and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything extra. I originally came from Hialeah after the Hialeah location told me they were unable to help because their system was down. Thankfully, this location came to the rescue, and I couldn’t be happier that I ended up here! Jason and Chyna made what is normally a stressful errand feel easy, comfortable, and even enjoyable. Take 5 is lucky to have them! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. 💙
I would like to say how this oil change experience was more than to help my car but to my heart. I am going through a Divorce and it was so heartwarming to find Miss Ely at this shop. First , how refreshing to find three women fixing cars and helping other women was amazing. Miss Ely gave me hope, strength, support and care as I cried in my car about my Divorce. This was my first time doing it all alone...Life and even a simple oil change. Thank you, to all the staff at this location and specially you Miss Ely, keep making a diffrence in this hard world. My oil change helped my car but you all helped my heart. Very grateful 🙏
