Great plus beginning to the very end of 5 minutes almost wish I’ll be there but now I can at least say I know where to go to get the best oil change they will have. Will always recommend. To everyone there I left way more happy you can put words. Scott it running great so a thank you to all. I think it was Tanner and Damian and I will everyone even brought my water. Everything was great from beginning to the. All in just 5 minutes Incredible. Makes some people think they must be doing right.
I drove up and was greeted and I was amazed at the attention to detail Matthew and the other gentleman ( I feel bad I didn’t get his name) gave my automobile. The attention to detail was outstanding They checked and filled my tires with air. Suggested I rotate my tires as the front tires were showing more wear, checked my fluids and topped them off along with listening and addressing all my questions and concerns. Both were informative and answered all my questions. Nice to see and experience what Customer Service should be. Excellent and Bravo Gentleman. I will definitely be a returning customer and will Highly Recommend your service.
Holy crap, that was seriously the friendliest and best customer service and experience I've had in forever (and they also actually TOP OFF your fluids, unlike almost everywhere else). Michael and Turner were incredibly helpful and provided a wealth of information in addition to excellent service (as did everyone--seriously good vibes from the entire crew, and a million extra points to the guy who called me 'Miss' not 'ma'am'). I will definitely come back the next time I need anything that they do, and this is the place I will recommend anyone who asks for suggestions on an oil change location. In the words of my kiddo who is in the car with me, "I wish we could give them 10 stars!"
