I had an outstanding experience with Adam during my oil change service. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Adam was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was his genuine concern for customer comfort. He asked me multiple times if I wanted a bottle of water, just to make sure I was okay while waiting. He also asked whether I preferred to stay in my car or wait outside and made sure I was comfortable with either option. On top of that, Adam noticed that rain was expected and thoughtfully checked in to make sure I was situated comfortably. While I waited in my car, he even made sure a fan was blowing on me so I could stay cool and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who pays attention to the little details the way he does. The oil change itself was quick, easy, and hassle-free, but Adam’s exceptional customer service is what truly made this visit memorable. He treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care from start to finish. Employees like Adam are the reason customers keep coming back. I highly recommend him and the entire team. Thank you, Adam, for making what is usually a routine oil change such a pleasant experience!
,Great guys, great place, over all I highly recommend this place. If you are having a problem with your car, stop in and ask! It’s really a blessing to be able to go there and get the service you get. Top notch. Respectful. I asked the manager about my Ty-Rods. 2 years ago I was told they were so worn out…… They were not! That was discount tire in New Smyrna Beach, Fla! They will say anything to get your money. This manage from Take 5 Oil, took pictures of my Ty-Rods. He was honest with me. That speaks volumes! Oh and my oil was checked as well.
Five Star service at Take 5! My Technician John went above and beyond the highest of standards to make my visit as quick as possible! He walked me through my vehicle options and made sure I and my Truck were taken care of and then some! The entire staff at this location were beyond friendly! I will definitely be returning to this location and hope to see John and the rest of the Take 5 crew bringing top tier service at the BEST Take 5 in Tampa, FL! 🐊
