The Lecanto location was phenomenal! Based off other oil change competitors, it's kind of odd to have experienced an oil change that was anything except average. This crew was very energetic, engaging, and made sure any questions/concerns were addressed. They also knew exactly how to reset my oil light whereas at other places I’ve gone to, I've had to drive away with it and have my partner reset it at the house. It's a small thing, but it was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the Lecanto team for an unexpectedly wonderful experience!
It was my first time ever going! It was a little hot! They did everything they could to get me in and out as fast as they could, and they were very understanding about my son being severely autistic, At one point, I gave him my cell phone and he accidentally turned the volume up way too loud so it blast it through the whole bay & And then Chris made my autistic son laugh, which made me and my daughter laugh. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.! Not to mention, they give ice cold water as soon as you pull in! I definitely recommend going!
I have to say I went to the homosassa take five oil change when I got there I was happy to see that Austin was working there he works at the one in Inverness this dude goes out of his way to take care of his people and I was so glad to see him. Very confident news what he's talking about and always looks out for you. I'm going to go wherever he works from now on just for his performance and attitude about the job most people get wore out at the job this dude's been doing it for a few years I'm sure still great service all the time.
