Jared was great!!! He knows what he's doing and I felt like a valued customer!! He checked my windshield wipers as part of their inspection and recognized that they were in good shape. He also recognized that I work at Batteries Plus and probably take care of my own. He was kind and patient and good with the employee he was working with. He is just the kind of employee anyone would be proud to have representing their business! Kudos Take 5 for another fast friendly oil change and for having Jared on staff at this location!!
So I went to the north side location I always go to because it’s 5 mins from my house. When I get there one employee was leaving and there was only one employee working on a car. This was at 3pm on Sunday. The employee comes out to my car asked me to lift the hood to check what kind of oil I need then proceeded to tell me he’s out of most of his oils right now and only has mine in the most expensive option. I told him he’s scamming and left and then drove all the way to the south side location and had the best experience. I told the manager Dustin about what just happened and he’s was very apologetic and understanding. He is amazing 😊 Cody is also amazing he is who actually changed my oil. I just wanna say thank you Dustin you def made up for the bad experience at the other location. I will def be coming to this location instead of the north side
You pull up, they guide you in garage, sell you a package. There are 4 to pick from, they will also check air filters, windshield wipers and other things. I left at 6:36 and was home by 7:12. Cody did a great job, called me by name, got me taken care of. They are all very friendly and made sure you were safe pulling in and out of garage as well while working on your car. Will be back going forward to get my oil changed. Oh they clean your windshield spotless before you leave!
