Billy and Logan were very helpful. I came to get the same economy oil change i get every oil change, however speaking with both of them I was happy they were patient and gave me great education on my vehicle. The time they spent with me resulted in me getting the top grade synthetic oil for my car. It was worth every penny. They both deserve a raise.
Billy was the technician who took care of my Tacoma. He was through it explaining all the details in my service. He explained items I needed and items I did not. There was an issue with my coolant level and the level of water in it. Which was weird as take 5 was my last place to service my truck in October 2025 with a 139.00 Coolant flush. He talked it over with the boss and decided to just top my coolant off with their coolant.
Friendly, Fast service, the only thing is they didn't replace my drain plug causing guess what?? Yes, my oil to leak out. What a huge inconvenience to deal with. And trying to get ahold of a life human over the phone is impossible. I will never!!!!! Go their again they have no clue what their doing
