I normally do my own oil changes cause I like to know what I do on my vehicle, but this place is outstanding first time at an oil change shop and they exceeded my expectations. First I’m assuming it’s the manager or a lead tech is supervising the other techs as they work on your car constantly watching and making sure they don’t miss a step, they also audibly voice each step of the oil change process so it gives you confidence in knowing which step they’re at and what they’re doing, and finally they go through one final check making sure filter is tight, drain plug on, and oil level check and the tech shows you the oil level they leave it at which I love because in my head I was just thinking I hope they leave it at a good level but without asking they come show you the oil level, not only is their process great, they also were very fast and thorough. I know where to come now whenever I don’t feel like taking on an oil change!
I am from Michigan and needed an Oil change before I head back to Michigan. I usually always go to a Chevrolet dealership, but they could not get me in. I rolled the dice on this place. Best decision. I think Maya was the woman who helped me with another gentleman and both were amazingly professional and super respectful. They were very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me something I did not need. It was a quick and great experience. I recommend them to anybody.
I had a five-star experience with my oil change today and I have to give a special shoutout to Rose and China for the exceptional service. From the moment I pulled in, Rose and China made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing without any pressure or unnecessary upsells. Their attention to detail and ability to get the job done right the first time really stood out.. If you want honest service, skilled technicians, and a team that actually treats you like a person, this is the place. Rose and China set the bar. Five stars, no question.
