The service was very fast and efficient. The technicians were very nice and explained everything that they were doing. I was shown each item that was discussed and replaced or changed (oil, oil filter and air filter). There was no attempt to upsell or push unnecessary services. Great service at a price I am ok paying for the convenience and speed.
Wishing I could give more than 5 stars!! I'm almost scared to give this review...because now everyone will flock to this location. Customer Service was white glove...complimentary ice cold bottle of water, attentive listening ears and politeness out of this world. I arrived around 3:30 ish on Saturday 4/11...AC running HOT as heck! In the bay quicker than I could blink, issue diagnosed and explained, problem fixed...and was sent off with a complimentary windshield cleaning for the road!! This place is a total vibe...and I am VERY HARD TO PLEASE!! ☺️ To the afternoon shift, Nice Job!! Way to show folks that high quality customer service still exists!!
I always have a pleasant experience at Take 5. Beginning with a free bottle of water, they were very informative about what they we're doing. It seems to be the easiest way for me to maintain my vehicle which is 25 years old. By the way, good job take 5
