These three gentlemen took great care of my girlfriend’s vehicle. They handled the oil change, replaced the cabin air filter and engine air filter, and performed an engine coolant flush. What really stood out to me, though, was their honesty and attention to detail. They made recommendations based on what the vehicle actually needed rather than trying to sell us things we didn’t need. Their advice very likely prevented my girlfriend’s vehicle from having a much bigger problem down the road, and I genuinely appreciate that. Great work, professional service, and—most importantly—people who clearly take pride in doing the job right. John, Anthony, and Ethan deserve recognition for taking care of their customers the way they did. I’d absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable service. Was surprised to see how thorough they are. Their safety protocols are top notch and service was spot on. I’ve never been more comfortable leaving an oil change before. They showed me the dip stick after they visually and verbally confirmed twice if not three times that heat shield and everything was properly installed including tire pressure. Top notch service at this take 5. I feel not all take 5 locations are the same. This one goes beyond better service quality than the past 4 locations I’ve been to . Thanks yall
I was extremely anxious to get my oil changed due to the state of my car. when I pulled up there was a huge line yet one of the mechanics came up almost immediately and handed me a water bottle. He didn't make me feel bad about my car which made me incredibly happy and he said they could do the oil change. When it was my turn to get serviced, the same guy came up and he really helped put me to ease. He had an amazing personality and also was really knowledgeable and fast about everything. He is an incredible asset to this place. I will be coming here regularly for maintenance from now on and always will get my oil changed here.
