My 5 Stars is not because of an Oil Change or services for my car but I want to praise and Thank the Guys for helping my daughter in her car accident in front of there Store. 2 men ran across the street to help her. Her car was flipped. Thank you Paul and Justin!!!! It means a lot to not only her but myself and my family. Not a lot of people care anymore. I just want to thank you all and the customers who may have been delayed on Services. Thank you so much. ❤️🙏
Long time customer, they service both of my current vehicles and the one before. Service is typically great. My only negative is this trip I learned they have gone to vacuum pumping the old oil out rather than draining it out from the plug at the bottom of the pan. I know they do this to limit liability associated with drain plugs but the heaviest contaminants are at the bottom of the pan and will more likely be removed via the drain. That is the reason for 4 stars vs 5. They should reconsider this practice.
Oil isn't cheap these days, but these guys made the price well worth it with the value of the service I received. They checked and topped off everything, made recommendations based on what was due without coming off as pushy, and even greeted me with a cold water on a hot day. Will definitely be back.
