By far the most professional and confident oil change I've ever experienced. Came in 10 mins before they closed and Bullet treated me like I was the first customer of the day. As a business owner for the past 15 years I've hired and trained hundreds of employees. It's very hard to find people who will ruin your business at a high professional level when you're not around. Bullet conducted himself like he owned the place. You should definitely consider him for management .Highly impressive!
I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change, largely thanks to Nate. True to their name, the service was incredibly quick, but what really stood out was how thorough Nate and the rest of the team were. He was professional, walked me through exactly what was being checked, and answered my questions without ever being pushy about upsells. I was in and out in no time, but still drove away with complete peace of mind knowing the job was done perfectly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, top-quality service!
