always fantastic service with my needs kept in mind. Right from the moment I park I am offered water to keep cool while my engine is off and the service workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The guy helping me in particular was more than happy to yap with me to kill the time which was a nice plus too. I always come to this location in particular and I don't think that will change! (:
We’ve been taking all of our cars here for the past ten years. Joseph appears to run the shop here. He does a phenomenal job at training, customer service and is extremely efficient. They always do a thorough job and never oversell you. They let you know when service doesn’t need to be done and recommends when you need additional service even if it’s outside of Take 5. I trust them. They’ve never steered us wrong and always give us a fair price. As a military family we also get a discount which has been super helpful. Great job to Joseph and his team. Yall are rockstars!! P. S. Joseph deserves a raise. He’s steady and reliable. Hands down the best oil change shop in town.
Very pleasant experience, Chris the manager always won the ball very customer oriented always wants to make sure that everything is done properly the way it’s supposed to be. I’m enjoy going here for the last three years and especially been a great trip as long as Chris is there, I will continue to go there for my oil changes.
