Marcus and Jeff were amazing! After being denied service at the other 103ed location at only 7:15, closing time is 8 and I had just gotten off work, I was impressed that not only the speed but communication. They yelled check after check as Jeff spoke to my husband about what service was being done, what we would need, and offering improvements as we went along. Speedy and clear are the words I'd use for this pit stop. Well done and greatful for such friendly service ❤️
I had the most pleasurable experience at Take 5 today. Roman, Quinn, & Alex did a fantastic job explaining the safety aspect of my vehicle and its status in DETAIL. I am not a mechanic and felt confident in the information given to me for comprehension. I was comfortable buying more than just an oil change. My vehicle rides nice and smooth too. Thank you to the guys. This is the best Take 5 crew.
Swift, efficient, and what I was most impressed with was communication not only with me but the other techs as well. Jeff and Marcus did check after check clear and loud communication making sure everything was in the best condition. Especially after the first location on 103rd near Walmart denied us service say they were closed at 7:15pm. We were thankful they took us and were so friendly. Jeff and Marcus thank you once more!
