Instead of letting me leave disappointed, the manager, Charles, took the time to explain what happened, reduced the price, and showed me how to make sure I receive the correct quote in the future. He turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Great customer service, and I really appreciated how he handled it!
Charles, Syida and Harold went above and beyond. Charles definitely prioritizes customer satisfaction. I have never had any other oil change place offer to check my cabin filter, I didn't even know it was something that had to be checked. Charles explained it might be because my air filter requires a specific tool or bit to get out a specific screw and he had thought ahead and ordered the part to avoid this problem and was able to change it out easy. Noticable difference in my car, thank you so much.
When I pulled in there were a few men ready to help me immediately. I was spoken to with respect and there was no high pressure sales. My oil change probably took less then 5 minutes and I was back on the road. Plus I had a $25 off coupon from Google. This rake 5 location is 5 starts! Thank you!
