Inverness, Florida Location There was a car in the stall ahead of me and I don’t even think it was {5} lol minutes before they pulled out and they had me pull in. All of the staff technicians were professional, kind and I felt like they knew what they were doing. I had an oil change and the engine filter replaced, as well as them checking all fluids and tire pressure. They also let me know each step of the process they were about to perform. This was my first experience at Take 5 and I will be taking both of my vehicles to them when they’re due for preventative maintenance. Thanks y’all for your dedicated work and a quick in and out!
I love Take 5. I’m always happy with every location I go to, and the same is true with this one! Scott and his team were great when we went in yesterday! The team quickly got us taken care of, weren’t pushy with any of the suggestions, had great attitudes Even when the guy in the next bay was being a spicy booger. Like who says, “that’s your job” when they show you the oil stick? Among other ridiculous comments. Come on. And they stayed kind and professional through all of that?! 👏 well done. They had cold water available, of course. And even though our oil reset is a pain on our Honda, they quickly got that figured out and reset. Awesome first impression. We’ll be back. Thanks for upping the standard. 👏
The team here is amazing and awesome! All the technicians are professional courteous and knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail as they are progressing through the appointment. Any additional maintenance recommendations for the vehicle they suggest doing at this appointment or give a mileage timeline without a sales pitch or pressure. A much better experience than at the dealership. I have been to this location on four occasions and each experience has been top notch. Price is extremely reasonable and service is completed very fast. SO MUCH BETTER than my dealership experience. They have a great team at this location and I hope the owners/management appreciate the service they provide to their customers. Location in Inverness Florida!
