I had my car serviced on Sunday. They did do a very good job but what I really noticed was the teamwork. The leader, T, did a great job communicating with their coworkers. I saw T repeatedly state to stay hydrated and speak up if they weren’t feeling well or needed assistance. T was also the person to explain what was needed for my car in terms I understood which made for a great experience. I will definitely be back.
I LITERALLY had the best experience ever!!! I have been to numerous Take 5's before but this one has AMAZING employees and service!!! The super kind associate, named JoJo, should either get a raise or be promoted to management if she is not already. She was VERY friendly, informative, and just overall amazing!!! 👏 👏 👏 Expect my business from now on. You now have a regular to add with the others.
