I stopped in to have them check my oil due to engine light on. Sure enough was dry. They filled it up and when I turned on the car it was pouring out from the oil pan area. Manager was super duper nice and advised not to drive it. Allowed me to wait it out in the lot until my son arrived to get me and my car. Had to pay for the oil, but hey, that stuff isnt free to Take 5 either. At least I know where its leaking from now. Thanks guys.
03/19/26 I called the main company number to ask if I brought my own oil @ how much Take 5 would charge, the guy on the phone was great, saves approximately 50%. I went to the new location in Green Cove Springs and arrived very late in the day @6:50 PM, there were a couple of cars ahead of me but no one came in behind me. The day was cooler so I did not mind the wait. I had an oil change, oil filter replacement, and engine air filter replacement.The team there Mandi & John did a great job!!! I will be coming back to this location. Take 5, if you read this, not just Veterans, but senior citizens could use a slight discount, we make every dollar count, I know the value of frequent oil changes. (I am a 70 yr old woman.) Thank you!
Amazing experience! Employees are very knowledgeable, respectful, and was very honest about what i needed and what was still full and clean. Oil change was quick and easy. Price was great compared to other shops that are charging close to 150 plus a service fee. I will definitely be back!
