Mo and Mike took excellent care of me this evening! Not only did they do an oil change, they truly checked and filled the air in my tires and all the fluids as promised (which is more than I can say for many places I’ve been) They also did a safety inspection and let me know what needed to be taken care of. Mo was very professional and knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make money off me. I got a synthetic oil change and had my coolant exchanged. I will definitely be returning to TAKE 5 across from Uptown Station!
Michael, Shea, Alex and Mo part of a great team! The teamwork, customer service, and personal attention were outstanding. Everyone was extremely thorough, took the time to explain what they were doing, and genuinely took pride in their work. I came in with my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid, and they did not have the specific oil my vehicle required on my first visit. Instead of trying to use something else, Michael quickly provided recommendations and told me he would order the correct oil. He said if I decided to come back the next day, they would be happy to take care of the oil and filter change. I came back today, and Michael had followed through and ordered plenty of the appropriate oil. Once again, I was met with excellent service from the entire team. Great job, guys! Thank you for taking pride in what you do and for providing such great customer service. This is exactly how a shop should be run. I’ll definitely be back!
Brian was very helpful and his customer service was outstanding. He answered all my questions about my engine helped me with an oil change and radiator flush. I couldn't ask for better service. The entire team was very customer service focused. And its over 100 degrees out here! Not sure how they stay so friendly. Michael and Alex also attended to my vehicle. Great service. Thank you!
