I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The manager and the entire team were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the service. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone worked together with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. Sophia, Esteban and Craig took such great care of my car during my oil change. They even fixed an issue that wasn’t part of the service, just because they wanted to help me. Sophia is the only girl in the shop and she absolutely kills it. Esteban was incredibly kind, super thorough while inspecting my car, and made sure to check everything and Craig handled the oil change quickly and efficiently. The whole team went above and beyond!! Truly 100/10 service.
I had a great experience at Take 5. I came in for an oil change and mentioned that my skid plate was damaged and hanging down. Johnson took the time to secure it with zip ties so I could safely drive my vehicle until I get it properly repaired. He even reinforced it a second time to make sure it was secure, all at no extra charge. Johnson’s willingness to help with something outside of the normal oil change service really stood out. Great customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Thanks again to Johnson and the entire Take 5 team for going above and beyond!
