Been going to this location for about a year now. I had a bad experience with the old crew where services I paid for had not been performed and after speaking to the then manager SUNY I was able to get 2 free oil changes to compensate for the inconvenience. Fast forward when I went to get the second one she was no longer there. I explained the situation to the new manager, Gee and he was able to assist me. The new crew is professional and got me in and out in a timely manner. I appreciate the convenience of getting my oil change without having to drop my car off. I hope the new team sticks around
The assistant manager I think his name is Carter and the technician Khalif did an amazing job! The assistant manager took care of all my concerns and made sure I had an excellent service. Definitely my go to location from now on. The best part is that they made me feel very comfortable and I could relax knowing that my car was in good hands! :) (I really hope I got the names right but they were both working Tuesday 08/18)
I just want to say how amazing Luis, and Kate, were today. It’s crazy that they were the only two people working and manning the shop, and I couldn’t believe how quickly they got me out of there. Fantastic service all around. I’ve been coming here for years, and even though I keep seeing changing faces, it’s good to know they keep bringing back friendly people. Again Luis was amazing and delivered amazing customer service, and I’ll definitely be back, like I do every time.
