Had excellent experience. Very knowledgeable staff. I can't remember names, but the serviceman who greated me handed me bottle of cold water, that was much appreciated on hot hot day. At that point I knew this was a good choice. They answered all my dumb questions. Were very professional. At end of oil change they showed me level of oil on dipstick. I only had their least expensive oil change, but all treated me with respect. The air filters weren't real dirty and they did not try to pressure sell me into replacing them. NO QUESTION, I WILL BE BACK. I need to have radiator flush. Vehicle is 19 yrs old, under 60,000 miles and never done. I have other places to get this done that are less expensive but sometimes the cost of a product or service does not include the components, it also includes the PROFESSIONALISM OF STAFF. Thank you.
As always, take five was quick affordable an awesome service I won’t go anywhere else. This was the first time at this location in Defuniak Springs and they did not disappoint. Everybody was friendly informative, and I was in and out in 15 minutes tops and had extra stuff done not just the oil change I appreciate how efficient and friendly All the technicians were, I will definitely be back.
I dont write reviews often, as someone who is adept with car maintenance, I came in because I didnt feel like doing my oil myself this time. Kenneth and Michael both did a amazing job, both were very knowledgeable and vocal, their customer service was amazing. Great place to go if you just don't wanna sit underneath the car yourself.
